“Having had two C-Section births I felt afraid and lost in the recovery process. My mission is to empower women to recover well following C-Section birth. I want women to return to their favourite sport or hobby with confidence.
I also teach physio led in person and online Pilates classes, specifically designed for women who want to strengthen their core, improve their posture, flexibility and overall well being.”
