“I’m Amy, a pelvic health physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and therapeutic coach with over 16 years of experience supporting women through recovery, pain, and body changes.
I’ve worked with women navigating pelvic pain, post-surgery recovery, postpartum challenges, and more, and I noticed something important: the deeper side of recovery often gets overlooked. Exploring how women felt, how they feel now, and what might be keeping them stuck and unable to move forward is why I created Space for Her — a philosophy and approach that combines movement, coaching, and education to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I also know what it’s like personally — having navigated surgery, chronic pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery myself. These experiences fuel my passion for guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and reclaim confidence.”
