Meet Amy.

Founded by Amy Lavery, a seasoned physiotherapist with 15 years of post-graduate experience, our mission is to provide expert guidance and support tailored to your needs.

​“Having had two C-Section births I felt afraid and lost in the recovery process. My mission is to empower women to recover well following C-Section birth. I want women to return to their favourite sport or hobby with confidence.

I also teach physio led in person and online Pilates classes, specifically designed for women who want to strengthen their core, improve their posture, flexibility and overall well being.”

Amy has created 3 pillars of her business for her clients to avail of at each step of their journey, whether that be their first session postpartum, up to the time where they have been seeing Amy for years and are looking for something that they can maintain from home in their own time that suits best.
