As I look back on 2024, I am deeply proud of the growth and achievements I’ve experienced, both personally and professionally. This year has been one of courage, determination, and transformation—a year where I’ve embraced challenges, celebrated milestones, and stayed true to my mission of supporting women in their health and well-being.

Professional Growth

My business, Space for Her, has taken shape in ways I hadn’t imagined when I began its development in February. Transitioning to an online model has been both challenging and exciting. Offering 1:1 coaching and Pilates programs has allowed me to focus on what truly matters: empowering women to rebuild their cores, manage pelvic pain, and find balance in their lives.

This year, I also delivered impactful workshops and wellness events, such as at KD Fitness and Country Kidz Nursery, and continued to educate women on core strengthening, pelvic floor health, and mindfulness. These moments reminded me of the importance of connection and the ripple effects of sharing knowledge.

Recognition and Resilience
Becoming a finalist in the Mighty Women Awards 2024 felt like a recognition of my dedication to this work. It reminded me that my story and passion resonate with others, and that I have the power to inspire.

I also challenged myself physically and mentally by competing in the Hyrox doubles women event in Madrid. From mastering the sled pull and sled push to embracing the mindset of pacing and having fun, the experience was transformative. It showed me what I’m capable of when I step outside my comfort zone. Signing up for a 10-mile race in 2025 was a direct result of this newfound confidence—I’ve grown to appreciate the journey, not just the destination.

Personal Growth and Reflection

My personal story has always been deeply tied to my professional work. This year, I embraced the ongoing process of healing and balancing my body image concerns from pregnancy and C-section recovery. By focusing on inner strength and resilience, I’ve come to appreciate my body for its power and adaptability.

Working with women who have experienced chronic pelvic pain, overactive pelvic floors, and other challenges has been a reminder of the importance of creating safe spaces for healing. My own experiences of pelvic pain, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation have shaped my understanding and deepened my compassion.

Looking Ahead

As 2024 comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities, lessons, and connections I’ve gained. Every class I’ve taught, every story I’ve heard, and every step I’ve taken toward self-improvement has contributed to a year of purpose and fulfillment.

I look forward to 2025 with hope and excitement, ready to continue this journey of growth and service.
